The enquiry form
When you press “Send enquiry”, your name, email address, chosen topic and message are sent to our website server and emailed to partnerships@kingdomofgod.co.uk. Your email address is set as the reply address so the team can answer you. The website does not save your details to a database, create a supporter profile or add you to a mailing list.
Emails are delivered through Google Workspace, which hosts our mailbox. The website is hosted by Vercel, which may briefly process your IP address to protect the form from abuse.
If online sending is unavailable, the form offers to open a draft in your own email app, or to copy or download it. That draft is held in the current page’s memory, not in browser local storage.
Email correspondence
If you send an email to partnerships@kingdomofgod.co.uk, your email provider and the receiving mailbox process that correspondence. Include only the information needed for your enquiry. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information, including detailed political or religious personal information.
For questions about correspondence, retention or a request concerning your personal information, contact the same address. This page describes the website functionality; it does not claim a retention period or operational policy that has not been confirmed by the team.
Cookies, fonts and hosting
This site's application code does not use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising technology. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives technical request information such as an IP address. Your hosting provider may process technical access logs to deliver and secure the website.

Participation
Sending an enquiry does not make you a member, subscribe you to marketing, or imply a donation. Any future membership or mailing-list service would need its own clear information.
